b8bd services are only for individuals who are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in their respective jurisdiction. When registering an account, you must confirm that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are playing under your own name and using your own funds.
• You are not on b8bd's banned list and have not voluntarily self-excluded.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

For age verification, b8bd may request an ID or other documents. Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of deposited funds.

Each user may only create one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all accounts will be closed. Important account policies:

• Login credential confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password private. You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Account transfer: No account may be transferred or sold to a third party.
• Updating information: You must notify b8bd immediately if any of your personal details change.
• Inactive accounts: b8bd may apply a specific policy to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period; users will be notified in advance.

b8bd processes transactions exclusively through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.) Transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same for every method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; such transactions will be cancelled and the account may be placed under investigation. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

b8bd's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to claiming and withdrawing bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).
  Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500; before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
• For deposits of ৳8,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 (example: ৳8,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳13,000).
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.
• b8bd may attach specific conditions to any promotional offer; these will be clearly stated alongside the offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, b8bd may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

b8bd's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is determined by regular gaming activity and overall platform engagement. The terms and schedule for cashback payments are set by b8bd and are subject to change.

b8bd is committed to ensuring fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play.
• Claiming bonuses or promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.

If any of the above violations are detected, b8bd may immediately close the account, forfeit deposited and won funds, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

b8bd strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons. In such cases:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network disconnection or server issue, b8bd will make a decision based on its records.
• If clearly incorrect odds or payouts are displayed, b8bd reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods — b8bd is not responsible for any transactions attempted during this time.

b8bd believes in responsible gaming and is committed to player protection. We provide the following tools:

• Deposit limit setting: The ability to set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Temporary break: The option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: The ability to exclude yourself from the platform on a long-term or permanent basis.

• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Direction from a legal authority.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the support team. Any verifiable balance may be withdrawn before closure, but any active bonuses will be forfeited.

For any dispute or complaint, please follow these steps:

• Step 2: If the matter is not resolved at the first stage, submit a written complaint — we will review it within a reasonable timeframe.
• Important: The outcome of the most recently completed bet is determined by the game server logs and is final.

All content on the b8bd platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text content, and brand identity — is owned by b8bd or used under an appropriate licence. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without b8bd's written permission.
